It’s Easy to be Overwhelmed

Many new series like Disney+ Mandalorian have rich backstories based on decades of content. For a new viewer, or one who hasn’t really followed the story, or a viewer who hasn’t followed the action in a while it can be a bit overwhelming. At some point, many viewers just accept that they don’t know all the little bits of the story, or they give up feeling like they just don’t know what’s going on. There are so many story lines and characters, even if you binged everything (Episodes I/II/III/IV/V/VI/VII/VIII/VIX, the Clone Wars Cartoon, The Rebels Cartoon, Bad Batch, Andor, Rogue One, Mandalorian, Video Games, Books, etc ) you might be hard pressed to remember all the characters and where they fall in time order. Add in that some story lines (Clone Wars Cartoon and Episodes II/III) can happen simultaneously, or in rapid sequence (Rogue One and Episode IV) and many viewers might just give up. But a few years ago, someone pointed out a way to watch the series that has become a great tool for really enjoying Star Wars as a whole. We’ve recently started using that technique when watching new episodes of the series as they come out.
